Grooming
1. Do you accept walk-ins for grooming services?
- We do accept walk-ins for grooming services depending on our schedule on that day. However, to avoid disappointent, we strongly encourage you to book an appointment for grooming service before heading down.
2. How can I make an appointment for a grooming service?
- You may click on “Book Now” to be directed to our WhatsApp contact. Alternatively, you may drop a WhatsApp message to 8250 5524 and we will secure an appointment for you.
3. How long is the grace period for grooming?
- We would kindly appreciate if you could arrive on time for your appointment. We allow a 15-minute grace period for late arrival. After 15 minutes, your appointment may be cancelled.
- Please pick up your pet within 1 hour of their grooming appointment being completed, otherwise a late pick-up fee of $10 per hour will apply.
Pet Transport Service
1. Who is eligible for pet transport?
- Only pets that are up-to-date on all vaccinations and flea and tick treatments are eligible for our pet transport services.
- Paws Legend reserves the right to refuse to transport any pet that we believe is not safe to transport.
2. How to book an appointment for pet transport service?
To book an appointment, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance. We will need to know the following information:
- Your name and contact information
- Your pet's name, breed and size
- The pickup and return location
- The date and time of your grooming appointment
Pricing and Payment
1. What are the payment methods accepted?
- We accept Cash and PayNow.
- Please kindly note that payment is due at the time of service.
2. Would there be changes to the final quote agreed?
- Paws Legend strives to offer price transparency. However, if unforeseen circumstances occur, such as a pet requiring a longer time due to behaviour, dematting or undercoat removal, we regret to inform you that there might be some slight additional cost.
Cancellation
1. How long notice is required if I need to cancel my appointment?
- Should you require to cancel any services that have been scheduled with us, please inform as least 24 hours in advance OR as soon as possible.
